Water Water and More Water…
Just as a car needs oil to keep running, your body needs water for the same reason. The best part about water is that it has zero calories and drinking water can also help you feel full in between meals. Mix that with yogurt as your snack times throughout the day and you will be amazed at how well just this part of your low fat diet can help everything else.
Raw Vegetables…
Carrots, cauliflower, celery and broccoli are all great things to eat when introduced into a low fat diet. Just the fact that they are raw means you can get the best vitamins and minerals out of each one throughout the day. One thing to understand is that we want you to make this enjoyable, so if you need some ranch dip to go along with these, then go for it. If keeping it low fat is what you want to do then so be it, but it doesn’t matter.
